MISSION

Gonclovil Textile Services is a company dedicated to supply textile fabrics to our customers and fit their needs. We offer a wide collection/variety of basic products as well as innovative trends. Either way we always do our best to accommodate your specific requests. No wonder we deliver on our promises by carefully managing production (integrally or partially), we started ourselves as a textile mill. Our origin adds a distinctive know-how which set us apart from competitors and help us bringing up unique solutions for every industry. WHO WE ARE

Gonclovil Textile Services is located in Barcelona, a region with a long-standing textile tradition to which we have been associated with for more than 50 years. Being part of this cluster allows us to excel and deeply embed the culture of this industrial heritage in our practices. And that’s how we leverage this environment and use our values and vision to achieve our own signature within a global market.

We currently offer more than 1,800 products in STOCK SERVICE, dealing with a variety of industries ranging from garment manufacturers for child, hospitality and professional clothing to haberdasheries and sewing shops. On the whole, we are proud of our collection full of much-needed basic products combined with more innovative fabrics inspiring new trends. From our 3.500m2 facilities (offices/warehouse), we therefore provide a wide-ranging diversity of products based on STOCK SERVICE.

Our multidisciplinary team combines technical knowledge about management, production, design and logistics, with different generations working together which offers the opportunity to combine experience and dynamism in producing classic as well as latest fashion deliverables

Our history

More than 50 years in textile sector.

1966

OUR ORIGINS

In mid-20th century Jose Gonzalez “Pepe” left his home country, Galicia, to seek a new life in Catalunya. After working in several textile mills, he decided to set up his own textile business in Borreda, up north in the Llobregat river.

1994

GONCLOVIL FOUNDATION

After many years of experience weaving for third-party brands, the business was revamped and rebranded as GONGLOVIL under Vicenc Vilalta leadership, the new general manager. In addition to weaving own production the company started commercialising textile cut pieces from different sources.

2019

PRESENT

53-year old Gonclovil Textile Services offers textile fabrics to different commercial and industrial business in more than 7 countries throughout Europe. By managing and monitoring production of yarns, fabrics, finishings and design we provide exclusive and trendy products that fit the ever-changing needs of our society.
